1. When I switch on air con the car takes long to pull especially when you are at rest and you
want to take off. You accelerate but it takes time then it picks.
2. What is the maximum temperature allowed when the car has been running for long hours in hot season?
3. Is it safe to remove thermostat if you leave in a very hot part of the country like Zambia?

The AC places an extra load on the engine, but it shouldn't be too bad.

As far as the thermostat, under normal operation, the thermostat should open fully at 195 degrees F. From there the engine shouldn't get much above 205 degrees F.

I would not remove the thermostat if it is working. When removed, there is no restriction for the coolant. I have seen situations where without a t-stat, the coolant flowed too quickly through the radiator and didn't have a chance to cool. As a result, the engine would overheat.
