2001 Lincoln Navigator Repair Question

Lincoln Navigator makes howling noise and doesn't idle properly sometimes headlights flicker and sometimes it stalls

Makes a low howling noise like a distant foghorn and surges idle from 500 to 1200 rpms happens sometimes when air ride compressor comes on.

try cleaning your throttleplateand iac with choke cleaner. the iac may be searching causin gyour problem. make sure to hook up duct work after cleaning and it will start hard.

had it cleaned by mechanic but after 1 day problem came back...maybe replace?

have him check the iac/throttle plate then
