AUTO NOISE
I HAVE A 01'LEXUS LS430 AND AFTER A RAIN I GET A SQUEAL FROM UNDER THE HOOD AT FIRST STARTUP, WHAT MIGHT IT BE?

Serpentine drive belt. You might be able to duplicate it by sprinkling water on it while the engine is running. Look for a weak spring-loaded tensioner pulley, or a misaligned pulley that makes the belt slide sideways over it.
