2001 Kia Shuma - Wont start!
My 2001 Kia Shuma, manual, wont start, not even kick over. What can it be? We have already changed the battery...

Manually short out the starter motor and see if it engages the engine if so-check and test the starter relay, transmission switch and igntion switch-double check the battery condition and connections
