2001 Kia Rio.... Battery Power is good, wont start,checked all the fuses, Died in the middle of the intersection , check engine light came on, but will not start now, any suggestions besides take it to a dealer mechanic, i am going to if i cant find out what it is...It wont crank over period. I go to start it with the keys and nothing happens, but all battery power for the car is good, just none in the engine bay, battery is good

Check engine light on
Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis,finding out what's going on.
