why will my washer pump not work fuses are good replaced relay and have power to the pump

I can hook the pump direct to the battery and it spins but wont do anything hook to its wiring harness

have power to the........ did you check harness plug for both hot and ground?

There is power to harness.... one side is hot and when i test the other side with my test light the wipers cycle like they would if you pressed the washer button....
