When I try to turn the key over it wont turn

Its like the key is locked but when I tried unlocking the wheel the key still wouldn't turn. Key will not turn at all

More than likely the switch/cylinder is stuck. Let's start with this guide and we can dig further in after this.

If this does not solve the issue, then we may need to replace the cylinder.

I am attaching the process below on how to replace the switch so if you are not able to get it freed up then I would replace it.

Please run through this process and let me know what questions you have.
