I have a 2001 jeep grand Cherokee limited and I had to replace power steering pump and I had a hard time getting the air out of the system and I go it almost quite there is a tiny tiny bit of whining still in it when I turn really and the fan is a hydro-lock.

I don't know what it is doing idk what is wrong.

Nice site :)

The fan has a fan clutch. It will spin faster as the temp under the hood goes up.

I was told the fan is spining slow and putting preshure on the power steering pump because my fan is part of the power steering pump and there are these balls around the fan sits inside a holder thing lol and there are balls that look like ball bearings there are like 15 of them and u can see them and no one knows what they are idk if they are used to balance the fan during spining and how come the fan stops spining when the wheel is turnt all the way to each side

No. The fan clutch is mounted to the water pump not the PS pump. It has a thermostat in it that tightens as it gets hotter. As a result, the fan spins faster as the temp goes up. It is normal for it to spin slowly when the engine compartment is cool.

Yes it is normal, but I do not recommend putting your hand anywhere near the fan.
