2001 Infiniti Infinity QX4 Repair Question

I have a very small coolant leak leaking on the passenger side on the back of motor but am unable to see it to repair, am not familiar with Infinitys
I do know it is up very high but cannot see with a mirror or feel it

have it pressure checked to see where it is leaking, or pressure check it yourself and look with mirro then while pressurized.
