Hyundai Coupe Sensor Problem

Hi where can i locate crankshaft sensor on my 2.0 coupe also how do i check for fault

hyundai coupe 2001 se model was running great no problem hints etc then it just cut out (died) tried restarting with no go as there was no spark been told crank sensor most common fault

Is the Malfunction Indicator Light showing and did you check for trouble codes?
Sensor is at flywheel end.

no lights on and not checked for trouble codes

Cranksensor would usually throw a code.
Anyway check the wireharness connetor, prone to contamination from oil and water.
