I have a 2001 Honda Civic EX 2 Door 1.7LT VTEC. I had recently broke the timing belt why i was going down the freeway which it had bent all 16 valves and i had to replace the whole head and gasketts, the timing belt cover plus a new timing belt and a valve timing oil pressure switch. After putting everything back together and trying to start the car up we couldn't get no spark to the spark plugs. So then we took apart things again and looked over everything and had noticed that there was a tooth missing off the pulley timing belt drive which is located by the bottom crankshaft sensor. Would that tooth missing on the pulley timing belt drive would that cause the car not to get no spark to the plugs to start the car up?

If it is the one for the crank sensor, it could. Can you upload a picture of what you are looking at so I can confirm?

only one will not stop spark, but if one is broken, chances are it damaged the crank sensor. Check for evidence of damage and check wiring to the sensor.

Ok,but when i plugged my car into a diagnose machine it is saying that there is no problems and no codes our coming up and then u go to review data and it runs u through all the sensors and it says that they are all working fine. I am just not understanding cause when u turn the key over it is trying to start but not getting no spark to the plugs at all. Any other suggestions?
