Finally got my car running after putting in some bad fuel flushed out the fuel and added fuel injector cleaner as well as changed the fuel pump and. Spark plugs twice. For some reason the car shutS oFF. When the gas guage is below the half tank line?

The rpm is below the 1 when the gas guage is below lf tank line I can't go Up or down a hill or drive at all it keeps shutting off

Check the fuel pressure.
Check the fuel pump section. There is a possibility air is being drawn into system due to a leak in the hoses or pump strainer.

When I changed the fuel pump I ddnt put in a new filter in. How can I check the fuel pressure?

You need a fuel pressure gauge to be attached to the fule delivery line. You should be able to loan the equipment from shops that does that.

Recheck the fuel pump installation. Ensure the sealing rings are not leaking.
