Honda Civic Body Problem

2001 honda civic 1.7L . One time when i am driving local the car stop and try to start . Not started and too much white smoke get out from muffler and I open the air filter I found water in oil I the carburetor Not in the head cylinder . thanks

This is not a carburettor. It is the throttle body.
Do you have coolant losses and overheating issues?
Check the engine oil to see if it is milky.

Yes it losses coolant and the oil not milky

You need to check if the engine had overheated causing damage and allowing water to be sent to the throttle body via the PCV.
