Hi there are two small holes on the fuel pipe just under the rear wheel toward the gas filling area.

Any advise how can I do it myself by using epoxy, clamp or welding

welding cannot be done by myself as it involves fire n fumes which could cause explosion????

Best is to replace the entire pipe. If there are already rust holes in it, more will appear soon. Check if there is a plastic liner missing that prevents snow and salt from getting on that pipe. It shouldn't be rusting out in ten years. They are normally made from galvanized metal to prevent rust.
