Fu tank pipe to the filling lid

Hi there are two small holes on the fuel pipe just under the rear wheel toward the gas filling area.

Any advise how can I do it myself by using epoxy, clamp or welding

welding cannot be done by myself as it involves fire n fumes which could cause explosion?
