I have a 2001 honda accord v6 and there's been this chirping/squeaking sound for a while and I'm not 100% sure what the main problem is. I'm thinking it could be a bad timing belt but also a bad water pump because the a lack of antifreeze. I filled it up and the next day I checked under the hood an it was all gone. Could that be the problem? Or could there be other pulleys making this squeaking/chirping sound?

You need to locate the source of the cooling system leakage and rectify it asap to avoid costly repairs if the engine overheats.

As to the chirping noise, it could be due to the drive belts. Timing belts do not chirp nor emit chirping noises. The water pump might if the bearing is bad.
