What could cause the gauges on dash to jump form zoro to full etc and car cuts out ramdomly,
The car was going ok then then it cut out, the needles on the dash controls started to flicker up and down then it cut out last time on freeway after 60 k's non stop braked for roadworks and the car cut out. All the lights on the dash came on. After being towed and put on the side of the road it started!

Check the ground connections.
