Very little air comes out of my heater/AC vents

Very little air comes out of my heater/AC vents, even on the highest speed, in my 2001 Sierra 2500HD truck I just bought. It doesn't seem to make a difference if its on "outside" air or "recirc" air. Any idea what might be wrong?
