2001 Jimmy takes 6-8 times to start when cold, will come close many times while trying. Starter is working fine. What else can I look at?

Check fuel pressure and scan for codes. Fuel pressure shold be 41-47 psi

You should put this in the regular question area. But check yoru control unit fuse and relays they are in the underhood elcetrical center marked
