Ford Ranger Engine Problem
I just bought this truck, and it idles about 500 rmp sitting. and when your driving it, its fine until you knock it out of gear, then it dies. how can i find out what to fix?

iac motor is a common failure for stalling on these engines.

where is that located at on the motor?

on top of the upper intake. if you get the new one, you can match it up.
