Charge curcuit failed

Charge curcuit failed. I had left lights on all night and dead battery in morning. After charging battery, truck starts, but battery warning light is on. After diagnos I replaced atlernator & battery but did not resolve the no charge.

So at idle what is the battery voltage reading at the battery?

Also did you ever have the old alternator you changed bench tested to see if its bad?
