2001 Ford Expedition Repair Question

Interior lights and running board light along with power windows stopped working. traced to fuse #14 replaced and it blows right away.
Sunroof is not working either, stuck open position.

Sunroof is probably the switch. Make sure it is receiving and passing power. Make sure fuse #14 is receiving power.
