heater core gets hot,but it will only blow out warm air it never really gets hot. i have changed the thermostat,truck temp. is normal.where is the blend control motor located? the repair manuel says there is a cable,but mine doesnt have one.

It does sound like an issue with the blend air door. The door is located on the heater core housing. If you have a cable, it will run from the dash (temp switch) to the door.

no cable,so what changes it from hot to cold?is there an electric motor somewhere?my repair manuel says there should be a cable from temp control to blend control,i dont have a cable but it goes from cold to warm somehow.also,when you start the vehicle there is an initial gurgling sound at the heater core.
