Dodge Intrepid Steering Problem
My car horn and. Air bag and speed control is not working

May be an issue with wiring in steering column? Any work on the steering column, you have to disarm the airbag, first. It is a safety issue, you don't want the airbag blowing up in your face. Safety is your responsibility.
