I have a 2001 dodge intrepid and when the car is completed off there is something still draining the battery and it killed the battery completely while I was driving. The car stalled in the middle of the street and just before that the oil light came on. But the car has oil

Of course something is draining it if it was being driven. Apparently the charging system is not recharging it. You would have to start off by having the battery tested and if that tests good, test the charging voltage. It will probably end up being a alternator but don't just assume that, have it tested.
