Dodge Durango Engine Problem

My wife was getting onto the interstate in her 2001 Dodge Durango 4x4. When she hit the gas, the engine would accelerate, but will not move. We tried putting it in 4 wheel drive, reverse, and nothing. it didnt make any unusual noises or give us any problems leading ..."

Automatic? if yes fluid good if manual clitch slipping?

Yes, It is an automatic. I just checked the oil and tranny fluid this weekend and the levels were good. I changed the tranny fluid about 10,000 miles back. It wasnt giving us any signs of any issues. Last Friday, we were driving in a snow storm and had it in 4 high, but we didnt go over 45 mph. No problems then.

Not much you can do yourself need to have pressures checked and electronics scanned in trans

Not that would take out all gears
