I have a 4.7 v8 in my Durango and it will not start. All of the electric works. The fuel pump comes on like its suppose to and all the dash lights work. Just put a knew starter in it 1 and a half months ago. When I go to start it the starter won't kick over. There is power to the starter so I am at a loss. Please help thank you. It is putting out a code P1491 would that keep it from starting?
