Dodge Caravan Clutch Problem
How do i rerout belt to bypass air conditioner on 3.3 motor

You can't because it would hit the belt going over the top of the spring-loaded tensioner pulley and it has to go around the compressor clutch to run the water pump. If the compressor is locked up, just disconnect the two-wire plug on the compressor clutch.
