my car will not start has new altranator, battery tested good, starter tested good, fuse tested good what else could it be?

What is the symptom? Does the starter crank the engine but the engine doesn't run? Does the starter not crank the engine? There's a lot of different symptoms that fall under "doesn't start". What about head light or interior light brightness when trying to crank the engine?
