Ignition Lock jams. Can only be released by tapping key with a hammer. I Understand that this is an indication of dirt in the lock cylinder. How do I clean this lock? Is it safe to use WD40 in the cylinder mechanism or will that cause electrical problems? Can I use a compressed air can, such as that for cleaning computer components, or must the mechanism be taken apart to be cleaned?
