2001 Chrysler Town Country 01 Voyager Cranks Start There Pigtail Wire Both

I have an 01 voyager, it cranks but no start. There is a pigtail wire, both wires, hanging and they are the wires that go to the connector that plugs into the she transducer. After reading several posts, I've read that it can be the reason it doesn't start and I've read that you can drive without an egr!! I need help!! It has a new engine, new starter and alternator. Spark plugs changed, and also, I cannot hear the fuel pump kick on. I also read that it can be because of the egr too.
