2001 Chrysler Sebring Repair Question

Car has 3 codes, the car was wrecked on the drivers front end, driver air bag was deployed, need a bumber cover and windsheild to get to drive. the car keeps overheating not driving just at idel. i drove it to the part store with the fan relay out did not

Tried everything, need a picture of the wires comming from the fans going to the relays

the diagram was very helpful, i think it is a groung so i will look to see what i can find. thanks for the diagram. could the fan have a bad ground? where is it located?

It is as stated in the diagram, left headlamp area, bolted to the body.
