If a PT Cruiser has a bad or no throwout bearings, where are they located rather it's a stick or automatic. And how much does it cost to repair? And can you drive the vechicle with no or bad throwout bearings? thank you

A throw out or thrust bearing is located with in the clutch assembly and fitted only on manual transmissions, the gear box must be removed to access the bearing.
