Unable to fix need help
2001 Chrysler LHS with 3.7L, Has a power steering moan first start of the day lasts for about 45 seconds. Also while driving intermitten short quick moan. Replaced the power steering pump twice, both pressure and return lines, completely flushed system, and replace the rack and pinion. Completely burped system of air as per the all data specs. Used specified fluid. Still having problem.

Maybe not P/S issue but trans like oil pump or torque converter

Most definitely in the power steering. You can run vehicle for approx. 2 minutes time and noise will go away. System does get very air bound. Can work air out of it. Okay for the rest of day. When vehicle sits on a cold start up, the noise is back again everytime. When turning steering wheel you can hear a whinning noise as well.
