2001 Chrysler 300 Car Loud Knock Coming Passenger Side Motor S Constant Knock

My car has a loud knock coming from the passenger side of the motor it's a constant loud knock. I check the oil and it has plenty there was no lose of power when the knocking began and no smoke no leaks just a very loud knock. What could it be other than a rod knock? I have t drove it since it started knocking its so loud you can hear it a mile away! In answer would be very much appreciated! Thank you!
