Start up problems

My truck has been having trouble turning over when I start it. I used to only have to turn the ignition key slightly in order for it to start up. What could be the issue?

Do you mean the engine does not rotate, or takes longer to start.

You may have a leaking fuel pressure regulator or low fuel pressure. I would start by changing fuel filter.
