service tech speculate the problem from transfer case or transmission) please rely need vehicle for work. So far have replace the bearing 3 times.

Check for driveshaft alignment issues. Make sure it isn't being hit by something on the road.

Can you elaborate on this...when carrier bearing was being install forward drive shaft was installed when in park, tech realized vehicle was in park and ask to be put in neutral prior to installing the rear drive shaft. Could this be the culprit...

No. Neutral allows the transmission to turn, allowing the yoke splines to line up. I'm talking about planar alignment. Up and down or lateral.
