what can i do to get my car to start?

My chevrolet malabu 2001 4 door will n't start,but try to start and fail.I change the fuel filter and gas is getting up to the fuel injector,also fuel injector cleaning was added into the tank. I note spark PLUG COIL HAS RUSH AND OTHERS SHINE,THE TIP.
