Battery? Or deeper?

When I try to start my car is turns over slowly like the battery is dead. Typically with a dead battery after a few turns the battery with die. Mine is doing the opposite. After a few turn it starts to get faster and faster and eventually starts. Could it still be the battery? It takes about 3 or 4 minutes of turning it over but it does eventually start.

Starter draging check all BATT conections clean and tight. Have starter draw test done if high replace starter

Have battery and charging system tested at most autoparts stores for free, this is a good place to start.
