2001 Chevrolet Impala Temperature Gauge Working Bearly Moves Engine 1st Starts

Temperature Gauge not working. Bearly moves when Engine 1st starts, but does not work as the Engine/Coolant gets warm. I replaced the Thermostat and Sensor. Next process of elimination?
