2001 Chevrolet Impala Short Car Batteyr Heeps Dead Pulled Fuses Relays Out Fuse

I have a short in the car and the batteyr heeps going dead, I have pulled all the fuses and the relays out of the fuse boxes and still have battery draw, I have a test light connected to the battery neg cable and the battery neg, and the light burns bright , the voltage is showing across the cable and battery is 11.9 volts on the neg. side...I went and pulled all the wireing connectors loose from the fuse boxes inside the the car and I still have battery draw, is there any the that you know of in common with this model, or could you give me so ideal what is not fused on this car, or give me some idea where to start looking for what is draining the battery, thank you
