Chevrolet Corvette Oil pressure Problem
My car is a 1938 ford with a zz4 350 chevy motor approx 2001 crate motor. anyway my question is what would make my oil pressure gauge read maxed out an make oil blow thru my valve covers bolt holes?

check valve in the oil pump may be stuck and not limiting the pressure. have the pressure checked manually to verify the high pressure
