2001 Chevrolet Cavalier Recently Replaced Thermostat Water Pump Radiator Car

I have recently replaced the thermostat, water pump and radiator. My car is still overheating. It didnt for abot a week.now i have had to fill up the antifreeze resivoir a couple of times in the past few days
