Chevrolet Cavalier Noise Problem
My accesory belt broke. I replaced it, but when I start it it starts this rattling noise and in about 5 mins the belt slips off again. What could be the problem? It's a 4 cl engine.

whatever the belt drives, one of the pulleys caused the original belt to break. remove the belt and spin each pulley till you hear the noise.
