2001 Chevrolet Blazer Repair Question

Chevrolet Blazer Body Problem
My trany was leaking so i did a trany flush on it an now i have no 1 or 4 th gear, dose not drive in drive have to shift by shifter. i had all gears before i flushed trany. also rews really hi now as well.???

is the fluid level correct???
it sounds like a valve body issue if you can shift it manually. have a trans shop road test it for you to confirm
