2001 Chevrolet Blazer Repair Question

Chevrolet Blazer Floor Problem
I have heat that works great so dont need a heater core but when I turn switch to heat my feet no heat at all. Defrost works fine and heat comes out at you just no heat on floor. Any suggestions?

It sounds like either you have a stuck vent door (that directs the air flow) or there is a vacuum leak in the system and it won't actuate for the floor.
