At 40 mph 2001 chevy blazer 2wd makes an airplane propeller revving high sound not effected by rpm along with check engine, parking brake and abs sensors coming on. Auto zone did diagnostic test revealing p0410 code. They said its secondary air intake failure. Sounds like the noise is underneath the middle of the hood. Engine temp and oil pressure seems fine. What could be wrong? Is it dangerous for me to keep driving tonight?

Check the fan clutch like asemaster6371 says, also check all the vacuum lines and wiring connections under the hood. The reason I am thinking that is because I had it happen to me except for the clutch fan. Had a vacuum leak after changing the altinator and missed attaching a small vacuum hose. The lights went on after a short distance. The clutch fan may see all right but at higher speeds it stops turning as the air while driving cools off the engine.
