If the alarm is going off, turning the key in the door cylinder may cause it to disarm, the same will happen with your keyless transmitter and unlock command. Try pressing info up, and on/off on the dash info center. Hold the buttons together until segments all illuminate. On the info center, you will see ALL, press on/off and it should change to ALL CODES. Press on/off again and reply to this post with all the codes. There is somewhere in the neighborhood of 18 modules that may report alphabetically.
