2001 Cadillac Deville Code P420

Hoping I don't have to have a new cat converter. Does anyone know about this code (P420) and is there an easy fix? I just had my secondary air pump replaced because my SES light came on and the code read P410. Car runs fine now I'm getting a code of P420. I love the Caddy but now I'm shaking my head!

P420 could be a converter but it cold be a bad O2 sensor or an air leak as well have it checked by apro. If the converter is bad check with the dealer because they should be warrantied for 80k
