Engine dies while driving. It only happens every couple of months and usually after driving more than 20 miles. It will start again after 5 minutes and runs fine. I checked for trouble codes while it wouldn't start
and there are none. I replaced the fuel pump.

You really need to determine what is missing when it won't start. That I know that is really hard to do on an interrmetent issue like this.I can tell you this much, I have seen many icm's cause this problem on this car, it will get hot and qiut working and you will lose spark, then after a few minutes it cools off and starts.I would suggest that you remove the icm and take it to a parts store, they all can test them, and have it tested, ask them to test it three consecutive times in a row to get it hot. The icm is what your coils bolt to, follow the spark plug wires to the coils, under the coils there will be a flat module about 8 inches long and four inches wide. Mark everything as you take it apart, especially the location of the spark plug wires. Please let us know what you find out.
