2001 BMW X5 Repair Question

Ben mech for 20 yrs+ cert never wrenched on bmw just bout 01x5 im 3rd ownr all rec included got nerves an bought a peake ind scan so i can do my fixn
Wanted to know if i can keep this jewel alive my wife and kids need depend ridegot nervs and bought peeake ind scan tool for it all bells whistles work inspected 2 hours gear head everythng looks like it has50000

What is it that you really want to know?
We are in no position to tell if a vehicle can last how long as we don't know the condition of it.

Just wanted to know got peakee scanner will it help me avoid dealership i do my ounwork

If you are a DIY person and the scan tool has the capabilities to and is compatabile with your vehicle, I would say yes.
I am not sure of the features and capabilities but the supplier should be able to provide more information on this.
